TBS is a short term program to work on behaviors. We have a very short time period, so it is a very intense approach. We're in and we're out. We're in to examine the behaviors and to help the caregivers cope. We try to find the most successful approaches, after observation and evaluation.
I think Star View has always made it about the children and the families first. This is very rare; especially with the economy now. W e have services that are non-profit. Our goal is to help people first and foremost.
There is a lot of support for the staff. It is unsurpassed in any other agency that I have ever seen. There are so many entities within Star View that anyone lucky enough to work here can find a plethora of things to define their talents. If someone wants to make a difference in people's lives, they would not be disappointed working at Star View.
