Our certification is based on the feedback of our workforce of more than 2,000 employees, who participated in the independent 2026 Great Place to Work Trust Index™ Survey. According to Great Place to Work™, approximately 1,400 companies in the United States currently hold this certification and only 10% of them are healthcare organizations, placing SBHG in a distinguished and selective group.
