We realize this is an especially stressful and anxious time for the clients and families we serve. We want to assure you we are still here for you. We are continuing to provide services with the care and attention to client needs and safety, as always. And we are accepting new referrals and admissions for services in all locations.
We are closely following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as well as guidance from our state and county agencies, and we are taking all recommended precautions.
Inpatient, Crisis, and Residential Programs
Our Psychiatric Health Facilities, crisis stabilization centers, and residential facilities are open as usual and continue to accept admissions. These programs include our Crisis Walk-In Centers, Urgent Care Centers, Star View Adolescent Center, the Fresno Youth Psychiatric Health Facility, and Crisis Residential Treatment Facilities. As appropriate, our staff there are following updated infection prevention policies which include strict adherence to handwashing, wearing gowns and gloves. We are of course sanitizing our sites throughout each day as well. If you would like to check on a family member or loved one, please contact the program where they are receiving services. See the link to contact information below.
Outpatient Services
To support efforts to mitigate the outbreak, we have moved away from some in-person outpatient services that are usually conducted in offices, schools or family homes. We have transitioned to some telehealth services over phone or video, although some of our programs have returned to providing in-person services to clients and families who are comfortable with it. Please contact the program directly for details about a particular program.
This transition to telehealth includes almost all services and programs provided at our clinics.
Please let us know if you have additional concerns or questions. Here is contact information for each of our locations.
