2023 – HR Leading the Way: Building Trust and Empowering Employees

SBHG is pleased to welcome Patti Bosalet M.S., as our new Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. We are excited to have her join our team, as she brings a deep understanding of the critical role that HR plays in supporting organizational success and empowering employees.  Patti says she will be leading the way to ensure that SBHG taps into the full potential of the organization’s greatest asset – its people.

Prior to joining SBHG, Patti served as Regional Director for Newport Healthcare, a national behavioral healthcare company.  In that role, she demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting employees and building strong relationships with staff at all levels of the organization. Throughout her career, Patti has been dedicated to providing HR leadership that supports the strategic goals of organizations while also fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In her role at Stars Behavioral Health Group she says, “My vision includes supporting all staff by nurturing relationships with open communication, being present, dependable and accountable to staff needs, and fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding for all while producing highly efficient HR policies and practices.”

As she takes on her new role, Patti is determined to ensure that every member of the organization feels valued, heard, and supported.  Her favorite quote, “In matters of style, swim with the current. In matters of principle, stand like a rock,” by Thomas Jefferson, reflects her commitment to doing what is best for SBHG and its employees.  With her leadership and dedication to excellence, Patti is sure to be a valuable asset to our organization and a driving force behind its continued success.
